It is the wedding day and the bride is shut in the bedroom, because the groom cannot see her before the ceremony. That leaves her younger sister, the maid of honour, with two free hours and one idea about how to spend them.
The Maid of Honor runs on a tight clock: two hours, a house full of people getting ready, and a tradition that conveniently keeps the one person who would notice behind a closed door. The wedding is not a backdrop here, it is the deadline.
