His wife flies out for two days and leaves him with one job: look after Bella. Bella is grown up, she still calls him Daddy, and she has her own reading of what looking after her involves. Then the return flight gets cancelled.
Bella, My Step-Daughter runs on a clock that keeps getting extended, which is a better engine than it sounds: two days becomes longer, the house stays empty, and the excuse for keeping a distance quietly expires. The series puts everything on the two of them and the phone that is not ringing.
Five episodes of one to two minutes each. The first two are free with a Candy AI account; the rest are part of the subscription.
